A Depot Controller (also known as a Stock, Inventory, or sometimes Operations Controller, depending on the industry) is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of a depot, warehouse, or stockroom, with a primary focus on managing inventory, coordinating logistics, ensuring safety, and supervising staff. The role is crucial for ensuring product availability, optimizing efficiency, and meeting customer demand.
