Chief Directorate: Traffic Management
Requirements:
NQF level 4. No experience required. No criminal record or any pending cases against you. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and skills: Must be computer literate. Sound organizational skills. Good people skills. Basic written communication skills. Client orientation and Customer focus. Good communication. Telephone etiquette.
Duties:
Receive telephonic calls, messages and channel to relevant role players. Welcome, receive and direct clients to the office of the executive authority. Provide relevant information as required. Operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers. Liaise with internal and external personnel. Coordinate the diary of the executive authority. Compile appointment schedules for the executive authority. Maintain and control the visitor register.
