Purpose of the Role:

Based in Jet Park, the purpose of the position is to provide a fast and efficient service to all our customers - internal and external.

Job Description :

• Welcome visitors and direct them within the DC
• Look after the reception area and visitors’ access control
• Answer incoming calls and provide information
• Route emergency calls appropriately
• Page individuals using paging and inter-office communication equipment
• Relay and route written and verbal messages
• Arrange international calls as instructed
• Give company directions to external customers
• Maintain a calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times
• Perform ad hoc duties when required
• 2 – 3 Years experience as a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator in a large organisation
• Willingness to work on Saturdays as well as public holidays when required

Education:

National Senior Certificate _Matric (Required)
