About PwC SATIC and the Role 

PwC’s South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) is a strategic delivery hub within PwC’s global network, supporting large‑scale transformation programmes through human‑led, technology‑enabled delivery.   

Summary 

The Financial Services Transformation team delivers complex business and technology transformation programmes across banking and financial services clients. The role supports the delivery of digitally enabled transformation initiatives, combining business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to help clients achieve sustainable business value and successful change outcomes. 

Qualifications / Certifications Required 

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline. 

• PRINCE2 Practitioner / Project Management Professional (PMP)  /Agile Project Management, Certified Scrum or equivalent delivery qualification desirable. 

• Financial services, business analysis or change management certification desirable. 

Experience Required 

• Experience in banking, insurance or financial services environments 

• Business analysis experience on digitally enabled programmes 

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities of Role 

• Deliver business analysis activities across banking and financial services transformation programmes. 

• Support SAP-enabled and digitally enabled transformation initiatives within financial services organisations. 

• Define, document and validate business requirements, processes and solution needs for transformation programmes. 

• Apply project management and change management methodologies to support successful programme delivery. 

• Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.  

• Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre-emptively.
