What you’ll do

• Production Order Management: Load and maintain production orders for key OE & AM products to ensure timely production aligned with customer due dates and expectations. 
• Order Acknowledgment: Raise and confirm order acknowledgments with sales personnel to maintain clear communication and order accuracy. 
• Job Pack Creation: Create comprehensive job packs ensuring all documentation (drawings, IOF, QCPs, BOM, pick slips) is accurate and of the highest standard. 
• MRP Maintenance: Manage MRP action messages related to production orders, including cancellations and scheduling adjustments. 
• BOM Review and Correction: Regularly review production BOMs, identify anomalies and drive corrective actions to maintain system accuracy. 
• Date Alignment: Maintain alignment of production order start and due dates with customer-required due dates to ensure on-time delivery. 
• Visual Management: Update and maintain slotting room visual tools such as tags, production order status boards, and accountability charts. 
• Sales Change Management: Action sales change notes on production orders, manage excess stock costings and ensure shipment to customers. 
• Project Collaboration: Attend project handover meetings with sales and project teams to ensure accurate data maintenance and project continuity. 
• Expediting and Sourcing: Expedite and source lower-level items through branch networks and purchasing to ensure stock availability for OE items. 
• ERP Management: Load and order ERP items as required and manage subcontract orders linked to products. 
• Production BOM and Routing Maintenance: Assist with BOM updates during production, including handling NCRs, sales changes, and routing adjustments. 
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:

• National Diploma in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field. 
• Minimum three years’ technical planning experience in a engineering, manufacturing or similar environment. 
• Strong SAP experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of production planning processes and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Nice-to-have(s): 

• Experience with F30/Subcon process in SAP. 
• Project management experience.
