What will you be doing?

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader, Orthopaedic Supply Chain (OSC) to lead our Loan Set Controllers and Field Assistants, ensuring the efficient preparation, management and distribution of loan sets, implants and inventory required to support our customers and commercial teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through operational excellence.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the Orthopaedic Supply Chain operation, ensuring all customer bookings, deliveries and collections are executed accurately, on time and in full (OTIF). You will lead a team responsible for inventory management, loan set preparation, stock control and logistics coordination while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

What will you need to be successful?

• Lead, coach and supervise Loan Set Controllers and Field Assistants.
• Coordinate daily loan set deliveries and collections to support customer and business requirements.
• Ensure all bookings are executed accurately, on time and in full.
• Manage inventory movements, replenishment activities and stock availability.
• Oversee the control and tracking of Capital, Demo and Loan equipment through company systems.
• Support monthly and quarterly stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate third-party logistics providers and courier services for routine and urgent deliveries.
• Build strong relationships with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support.
• Train and support team members on systems, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping, quality compliance and safety within the warehouse environment.
• Assist with after-hours callouts, deliveries and overtime requirements when required.

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Diploma or studies towards Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Experience
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating teams.
• Experience working with inventory management systems and stock control processes.
